Corrections policy

How to report an error

Email pro@predictionpantheon.com with the page URL, what you believe is wrong, and — if you have one — a link to the primary source that shows the correct information. Reports about mismatched markets are especially useful: include the market page URL and both venue contract links.

What we do with a report

We do not silently rewrite a factual claim that people may have relied on. Routine refreshes — a fee change, a new funding method — are treated as updates rather than corrections, and are reflected in the page's last-reviewed date.

Limits

Prediction Pantheon cannot correct a third-party venue's own data, terms or resolution decisions. For anything that affects a real position, contact the venue directly — it is authoritative for its own contracts.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly are corrections made? Data and matching issues are prioritised because they affect prices people are looking at. Editorial corrections are made as soon as the claim is verified.

Will you say that a page was corrected? Yes, where a correction materially changes the meaning of the page. Routine fact refreshes are reflected in the last-reviewed date.
